So I just found out that I will not be able to be Maid of Honor at my best friend, Emily's wedding. She's getting married on October 7th and that is the last day of Orientation which I can't miss. We've been friends since we were 12 and lived through high school like the movie "Romy and Michelle's High School Reunion." I am completely heartbroken that I won't be able to attend... leaving is hard and it's still months away...
FINALLY!! I received my placement letter from Spain! I will be teaching at C.E.I.P. Juan Ramon Jimenez school in Cartaya, Spain! Hopefully I can handle little Elementary kiddies!
I'll be so close to the unspoiled beaches of Spain, Portugal and Morocco.
I am so excited I can't stand it!! There is so much of the process I have to work on though. After I get my FBI background check back, I have to get it apostilled (still don't know what that means), then I have to get it translated. Finally I will be able to submit for my VISA.
No pasa nada (No worries), for now I'll start looking into the books I wanna stick my nose in until I leave!
